ATC has designed a proprietary web based electronic medical record, WebDMEMR. It is a continuity of care EMR to be used by any health care provider (HCP) as well as any patient who wishes to have a SINGLE medical record in which all health care providers can have access to or add to it at the point of care. ATC is the Application Service Provider (ASP) for WebDMEMR.com where health care providers or patients themselves subscribe directly under a monthly subscription fee basis.
